Dr Ann‑Helen Lu, Head of New Product Development and Innovation, has been featured in a WiSTEM Now Story as part of Worcestershire’s first WiSTEM Week, led by Careers Worcestershire.

The WiSTEM Now campaign highlights real‑world STEM role models across Worcestershire, with a strong focus on inspiring young people to explore future careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Dr Lu’s feature forms part of this regional initiative, showcasing the diversity, impact and accessibility of scientific careers, and connecting real career journeys with future ambitions.
