The Lake Awards 2025 brought together colleagues from across the business for an unforgettable evening of celebration, recognition, and connection, this year set against the beautiful backdrop of the Ardencote - the perfect location to honour the people who make our organisation what it is.
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation. This wasn’t just an awards evening it was a chance to pause, reflect, and shine a well‑deserved spotlight on the individuals and teams who have gone above and beyond throughout the year.
A Night of Connection and Celebration
Attendees were welcomed with drinks and conversation before taking their seats in the beautifully dressed venue. With laughter, stories, and highlights shared throughout the night.
Our Host, Dave Sharpe, guided us through an evening filled with inspiration. Each award was presented with heartfelt recognition, showcasing achievements that demonstrated dedication, innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service.
Award Categories 2025
This year, we proudly presented 18 awards spanning 11 categories — from Technical Excellence, to Active Coach, to Rising Star, and many more. Each award celebrated a unique contribution that brings our shared values to life.
We were also delighted to honour 16 colleagues with Long Service Awards, marking an incredible 5, 10, 15, and even 20 years of dedication. Their commitment and continuity form the foundation of our success, and it was wonderful to celebrate these milestones together.
Recognising the People Behind Our Success
More than simply handing out trophies, the Lake Awards 2025 celebrated the culture we continue to build. Each winner’s story served as a reminder of the impact that passion and commitment can have.
The evening concluded with plenty of smiles, photos, and dancing as colleagues continued the celebrations late into the night.
