Lake Technical Specialities is delighted to announce that Division Manager Nikki Cosgrove has been appointed President of the Oil & Colour Chemists’ Association (OCCA), marking an important milestone for both Nikki and the wider coatings and speciality chemicals industry.
As one of the industry's leading professional organisations, the Oil & Colour Chemists’ Association (OCCA) has supported technical professionals working across the coatings, inks, adhesives and associated sectors for more than a century. The organisation provides invaluable opportunities for technical education, professional development, networking and knowledge sharing throughout the global coatings community. [1]

Nikki brings extensive industry expertise to the role. As Division Manager at Lake Technical Specialities, she has built a strong reputation for technical knowledge, customer-focused innovation and a passion for supporting growth across the coatings and speciality chemicals sectors. Alongside her responsibilities at Lake, Nikki has been an active and committed contributor to OCCA, serving previously as Vice President and playing an important role in supporting the association's continued development.
Her appointment as President follows several years of dedicated service to the organisation and reflects the respect she has earned from industry peers across the coatings community.
